Who we are
Rashimudrika sells gold-plated zodiac rings online in India. You can reach us at info@rashimudrika.in.
We trade as Rashimudrika, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Email is the fastest way to reach us and we answer every message.
What we sell — please read this part
Our rings are made of gold-plated brass. They are gold-plated, not solid gold, and they carry no hallmark, because hallmarking applies to precious metals and does not apply to plated brass.
Plating wears with time and handling. How quickly depends on skin chemistry, daily wear, and exposure to water, perfume, sanitiser and cleaning products. This is normal for plated jewellery and is not a fault.
The rings carry no gemstones. The stone-like appearance of a polished signet face is the metal itself.
Prices
Rings are ₹249 in women’s sizes and ₹299in men’s sizes, the same across all twelve designs. Prices are in Indian Rupees. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay — no tax or surcharge is added on top.
Delivery is ₹49 on orders below ₹449 and free at or above it. See Shipping & delivery.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order by email. Until then we may decline it — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
Sizing
Rings are sold in Indian sizes: women’s 10 to 16 and men’s 18 to 24. It is your responsibility to order the correct size — our sizing guide explains how to measure. If you order the wrong size we will exchange it under our exchange policy.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details. Your order is confirmed only once Razorpay confirms the payment to us.
Returns
We exchange rings that do not fit, and replace or refund anything damaged, faulty or wrongly sent. We do not otherwise offer refunds. The full terms are on the Returns & exchanges page.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not take away any right you have under Indian consumer law to bring a complaint where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
